We provide digital services including website development, web applications, UI/UX design, digital consulting, and other related solutions. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Payment Terms
Our payment terms include the following:
- A deposit or upfront payment may be required before the project begins
- Remaining payments are due according to the agreed project milestones or completion terms
- All pricing is displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may result in delays or additional charges
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, source code, and deliverables created during the project remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once the project is fully paid, ownership of the agreed deliverables will be transferred to the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related service or project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project, including business, technical, and operational information.
7. Project Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with prior written notice. Any completed work or outstanding payments up to the termination date will remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Indonesia.
